Dining – Breakfast
We seek to provide you with a variety of options for breakfast, including low-fat options and vegetarian options. We also seek to accommodate vegan diets upon request, as well as any other dietary needs you might have. We give special attention to our guests’ breakfasts; your breakfast is freshly prepared and served to you immediately after preparation.
We use home-produced and/or locally-sourced items whenever possible. Our flock of hens provides eggs which we include in our guests breakfasts whenever they are available. We have a polytunnel where we grow herbsand vegetables, and seek to include produce from our polytunnel as ingredients in our guest’s meals whenever available. We also seek to bake our own bread whenever possible.
